The Senior Education Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role involves guiding prospective students through their applications to international universities and colleges. The counselor will conduct in-depth counseling sessions, evaluate academic profiles, and recommend appropriate programs and study destinations. Responsibilities include assisting students with the preparation of documentation, personal statements, and application forms. The counselor will also coordinate with universities, track application deadlines, respond to inquiries from students and their families, and maintain detailed records of counseling activities. Additionally, the Senior Education Counselor will contribute to outreach initiatives, participate in seminars or information sessions, and support the continuous improvement of counseling practices in alignment with Step4progress’s values of integrity and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of admission requirements and procedures for universities in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and the EU.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, Management, or a related discipline.
