Senior Embroidery Digitizer

We are looking for a Senior/Expert Embroidery Digitizer with strong technical expertise and a proven track record of creating high-quality, production-ready embroidery files for a variety of garments and products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with professional digitizing software and a deep understanding of embroidery techniques to deliver precise and efficient results.

Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate and production-ready embroidery files for complex logos, 3D/Puff embroidery, caps, jackets, patches, uniforms, and other garments.
- Utilize expert knowledge of stitch types, densities, underlay, pull compensation, sequencing, and thread management to ensure optimal embroidery quality.
- Adapt digitizing techniques to suit different fabric types and embroidery applications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Perform sample corrections and troubleshoot issues to ensure final products meet customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand and implement customer requirements precisely.

Required Qualifications
- Proven professional experience as an Embroidery Digitizer.
- Expert-level proficiency in Wilcom or other professional embroidery digitizing software.
- Strong understanding of embroidery design principles including stitch types, densities, underlay, pull compensation, and sequencing.
- Ability to digitize a wide range of embroidery styles and products, including complex logos and 3D/Puff embroidery.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing clean and accurate files.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills to interpret and fulfill customer needs effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with sample corrections and troubleshooting is highly desirable.
- The position is full-time and requires working on a rotating shift schedule: one month night shift followed by one month day shift, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
- The role is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and requires in-person attendance.
- Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and skill level, ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs120,000 per month.
