We are seeking a motivated General Channel/Partner Sales Professional to join the Secure Power Division at Schneider Electric. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the pre-sales team to support Schneider Electric’s Channel and Distribution Partners, driving sales growth and strengthening partner relationships. You will lead the deployment of the Partner Charter within the region, managing commercial relationships with partners and distributors to ensure mutual success. Key Responsibilities
- Drive partner and distributor sales growth in line with agreed targets, acting as the primary Schneider Electric representative within partner organizations.
- Lead partner selection and onboarding by aligning with the Secure Power Country Head on partner strategy, refining partner profiles, and managing commercial relations and statements of accounts.
- Rationalize the existing partner base and identify new partners to address gaps in the go-to-market strategy.
- Define, update, and monitor business plans for each partner and distributor, understanding their long-term goals and increasing market share within their portfolios.
- Coordinate account-level plans including go-to-market strategies, technology initiatives, and pipeline development.
- Develop 1-3 year business plans with partners, setting ambitions for regional markets and collaborating on enablement plans and co-investment requirements.
- Deliver commercial enablement by maintaining relationships with key partner stakeholders and ensuring awareness of new offers and updates.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, monitor business results, and support partners in achieving goals, escalating support when necessary.
- Support partner business development activities, including marketing and communication events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Sales Management, Partner Sales, Channel Enablement, Channel Marketing, or Channel Development, preferably in software or services.
- Strong knowledge of the data center and UPS markets.
- Good legal and contractual understanding related to commercial rights.
- Technologically savvy with familiarity in software.
- Proficient in English with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, and capable of independent decision-making.
- Strong understanding of partnerships and alliances and their value creation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and resourceful with innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 25-50% annually.
