Senior Etsy Store Manager – Digital & Physical Products

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Etsy Store Manager to independently oversee and expand our Etsy business, covering both digital and physical product lines. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Etsy SEO, product research, listing optimization, and sales growth strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage all aspects of the store, from product selection to advertising and performance analysis, ensuring continuous growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Etsy stores featuring digital and physical products.
- Conduct thorough product research, niche selection, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform keyword research and implement effective Etsy SEO strategies to improve store visibility.
- Create and optimize product titles, tags, descriptions, and listings to maximize conversions.
- Manage Etsy Ads campaigns and monitor their performance to ensure a positive return on investment.
- Analyze store traffic, conversion rates, sales data, and product performance to inform decision-making.
- Identify new product opportunities and develop strategies to increase overall revenue.
- Coordinate physical product listings, including variations, pricing, and fulfillment details.
- Optimize digital product listings, including downloadable files, mockups, and presentation materials.
- Stay updated on Etsy policies, marketplace trends, and SEO changes to maintain compliance and competitiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing Etsy stores with both digital and physical product offerings.
- Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, product research, and listing optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Etsy Ads, competitor analysis, and performance tracking tools.
- Familiarity with industry tools such as eRank, EverBee, or similar platforms for data-driven insights.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, solve problems, and develop effective growth strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking full ownership of store performance and results.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience managing multiple Etsy stores is highly desirable, especially with a track record of growing sales, improving organic traffic, and handling diverse product types such as digital downloads, personalized items, handmade goods, or print-on-demand products.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. Working hours are from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The salary range is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and expertise, ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs80,000 per month.
