Senior Executive - Finance

We are seeking a skilled Senior Executive - Finance to join our team in Karachi. This role involves managing critical accounting functions including credit control, payroll, and financial reporting to support our US operations. The position requires working fully onsite with timings from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM to align with US business hours. Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and be comfortable handling a variety of financial tasks within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Receivable, including collections, invoicing, and ageing reports.
- Oversee Accounts Payable processes, vendor reconciliations, and payment scheduling.
- Conduct credit assessments and provide recommendations on customer credit limits and payment terms.
- Process and verify monthly payroll and sales commissions accurately.
- Maintain precise ERP records and prepare financial reports.
- Support reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and management reporting.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide financial support during US working hours to facilitate seamless business processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, ACCA, ICMA, or an equivalent qualification.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles covering AR, AP, collections, credit control, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
