Senior Executive Raw Material Store

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the issuance, receipt, delivery, and overall coordination of stock within our warehouse operations. This role involves maintaining accurate documentation of warehouse transactions, overseeing inventory storage, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and third-party logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely issuance and receipt of inventory, accurately recording all transactions in SAP at the warehouse site.
- Supervise proper placement and stacking of stock within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
- Oversee counting of raw materials during issuance, receipt, and periodic stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate resolution of any excess or shortage issues directly at the warehouse site.
- Liaise with production departments and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to address and resolve concerns related to raw materials.
- Prepare and share weekly stock and transaction reports with 3PL partners, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Process and prepare stock adjustments at the end of each month to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Implement batch management practices within the 3PL warehouse to maintain traceability and compliance.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with National Foods Limited’s approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the 3PL facility.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management.
- Proficiency in SAP for inventory transaction recording.
- Strong skills in inventory management and warehousing operations.
- Excellent time management and communication abilities.
- Ability to lead and build effective teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
