Senior Executive Talent Acquisition

Medcare MSO, one of the largest USA-based Healthcare IT companies operating in Pakistan with a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive. The company is known for implementing best practices and leveraging state-of-the-art technology tools to deliver outstanding results. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and results-driven professional responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across both technical and non-technical functions. This role demands strong expertise in technical recruitment, proactive sourcing and headhunting, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously. The position requires an independent and agile recruiter capable of managing hiring needs in a fast-paced environment, particularly within Software Development, AI, Data, IT, Healthcare IT/RCM, Operations, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop clear, effective job descriptions.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Rozee, referrals, databases, and professional networks.
- Handle multiple technical and non-technical vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high hiring quality and efficient turnaround times.
- Screen candidates thoroughly for relevant experience, technical skills, communication abilities, compensation expectations, notice periods, and overall fit for the role.
- Coordinate interview schedules, follow up with candidates, negotiate salaries, and manage offer closures to maximize acceptance and joining rates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and track key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
- Utilize AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and others to enhance sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, and overall recruitment efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within Healthcare IT, Software Development, SaaS, Technology, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Proven hands-on experience in both technical and non-technical hiring, encompassing sourcing, headhunting, screening, negotiation, and offer closure.
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Rozee, Boolean search techniques, and ATS/HRIS/HCM systems.
- Practical experience using AI recruitment tools like ChatGPT and Claude to improve hiring processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
- Capability to independently manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Additional Information
This position is based in Lahore and requires on-site presence. Working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will report directly to the Lead Talent Acquisition.
