Key Responsibilities
The Senior Fashion Consultant will be responsible for conducting personalized client consultations to understand individual preferences and offer styling recommendations across bridal, formal, and luxury collections. This includes guiding clients in outfit selection, coordinating accessories, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to final fittings. The role requires close collaboration with the design and production teams to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and support sales initiatives. Additionally, the consultant will manage client appointments, handle feedback professionally, and build lasting client relationships. Contributing to the studio’s visual presentation and assisting in curating displays to enhance the brand’s image is also an important aspect of the role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have strong fashion consulting skills and a deep understanding of fabrics, cuts, trends, and couture detailing. Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential for conducting consultations, managing inquiries, and delivering a premium client experience. Proven sales skills are required to convert consultations into purchases, meet sales targets, and manage client follow-ups effectively. Experience in client relationship management, appointment coordination, and maintaining accurate records of client preferences and orders is necessary. A minimum of two years’ experience in high-end fashion, couture, or luxury retail, preferably in a senior consulting or styling capacity, is expected. Candidates should demonstrate a strong sense of style, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory, while additional language skills relevant to the local clientele will be considered an asset.
