We are seeking a seasoned Senior Executive - Finance to join our team in Karachi and oversee critical accounting, credit control, payroll, and financial reporting activities that support our US operations. This role requires managing financial processes with precision and ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders during US business hours. The position is fully onsite, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and demands a professional with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable functions including collections, invoicing, and ageing analysis.
- Oversee Accounts Payable processes, vendor reconciliations, and payment scheduling.
- Conduct credit assessments and provide recommendations on customer credit limits and payment terms.
- Process and verify monthly payroll and sales commissions accurately.
- Maintain precise ERP records and prepare detailed financial reports.
- Support month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and management reporting.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide financial support aligned with US working hours to facilitate business continuity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or professional qualifications such as ACCA or ICMA.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in accounting with a strong focus on AR, AP, collections, credit control, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with US customers or operations is highly desirable.
