We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of our holding companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quarterly balance sheets, leading audit cycles, and providing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) inputs. This role requires a hands-on approach to accounts payable, payroll, tax filings, and vendor management, while collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quarterly balance sheets, lead audit cycles, and deliver FP&A inputs for holding companies to support strategic decision-making.
- Own the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice posting, verification, bank settlements, and managing intercompany payments.
- Manage accruals, prepayments, working capital requirements, and oversee cash pooling operations to optimize liquidity.
- Execute payroll disbursements and handle employee reimbursements across multiple regional entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee VAT/GST filings and manage transfer pricing compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
- Handle purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) approvals, vendor onboarding, and review service agreements to maintain vendor relationships and control costs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, Legal, Procurement, and FP&A teams to resolve queries and drive continuous process improvements.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including consultants and banks, to ensure successful and timely fund settlements.

Required Qualifications

- 4 to 5 years of experience in the finance domain, demonstrating strong expertise in accounting and financial operations.
- MBA or ACCA qualification, reflecting a solid foundation in finance and accounting principles.
