Senior Flight Reservation Agent

TravelsHook, a UK-based company specializing in Umrah and international travel services, is seeking a Senior Flight Reservation Agent to join their team. This role focuses on managing international flight bookings, air ticketing, and utilizing the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) to ensure smooth and accurate reservation processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in flight reservations, fare management, and ticketing operations, with a strong ability to provide excellent customer service and handle complex booking scenarios efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage international flight reservations and air ticketing processes.
- Provide accurate fare quotations, interpret fare rules, and create and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs).
- Perform ticket issuance, reissuance, flight changes, cancellations, and process refunds as needed.
- Utilize Sabre GDS for flight searches, availability checks, and booking management.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and follow up on flight booking requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in international flight reservations or air ticketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Sabre GDS is essential.
- Solid understanding of airline fares, ticketing procedures, and reservation systems.
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to 100,000 per month.
