Senior Flutter Developer (Mobile Application)

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Flutter and Dart, with experience in building responsive, user-friendly interfaces and integrating various backend services. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle and involvement in app deployment and release management. The position is full-time, with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring high performance and quality.
- Build and deploy applications for Android and iOS platforms, managing app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with UI/UX designs.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems to enhance app functionality.
- Manage application state with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Debug and resolve issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure overall application stability.
- Implement secure features including authentication, payment gateways, and push notifications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented codebases.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming languages.
- Hands-on experience developing applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Solid understanding of state management techniques such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party APIs.
- Familiarity with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, and Push Notifications.
- Knowledge of local databases like SQLite, Hive, or Isar for offline data storage.
- Strong grasp of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and debugging methodologies.
- Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Understanding of clean architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable coding practices.
