Senior Frontend Developer

The Senior Frontend Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Peshawar. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing responsive, user-centric interfaces for web applications. This role requires close collaboration with back-end developers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail, delivering high-quality frontend solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, pixel-perfect frontend interfaces by converting Figma designs into functional web pages.
- Collaborate effectively with back-end developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
- Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries alongside HTML and CSS to build intuitive and mobile-optimized user interfaces.
- Implement fully responsive designs that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Apply best practices in debugging, performance optimization, and version control using tools like Git.
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and high-quality code that aligns with project requirements and timelines.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to frontend project leadership within the team.
- Work independently while maintaining strong communication within cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in frontend development, including strong skills in JavaScript frameworks/libraries, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with backend web development concepts to facilitate effective collaboration across the stack.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, along with build tools and debugging techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in team environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to convert design prototypes (e.g., Figma) into pixel-perfect frontend implementations.
- Proficiency in Laravel Blade templating and Bootstrap framework.
- Excellent UI/UX implementation skills with a focus on delivering user-friendly interfaces.
- Capability to work independently and produce clean, high-quality frontend code.
