Senior Frontend Developer

The Senior Frontend Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Peshawar. This position focuses on designing and implementing responsive, user-centric interfaces for web applications. The successful candidate will work closely with back-end developers, designers, and project managers to create seamless and engaging digital experiences. The role demands a strong technical foundation along with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, pixel-perfect frontend interfaces by converting Figma designs into functional web pages.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
- Ensure the development of fully responsive designs that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Utilize strong expertise in Laravel Blade and Bootstrap to build scalable and maintainable frontend solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and high-quality HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code that adheres to best practices.
- Optimize frontend performance and debug issues to enhance user experience.
- Work independently to deliver projects on time while maintaining attention to detail and code quality.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to frontend project leadership when required.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Front-End Development using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, along with solid skills in HTML and CSS.
- Strong understanding of Web Development principles and Responsive Web Design to build user-friendly, mobile-optimized interfaces.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts and Back-End Web Development to facilitate effective collaboration across the technology stack.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git, as well as build tools and debugging techniques.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work well within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in converting design files (Figma) into responsive and pixel-perfect frontend implementations.
- Strong expertise in Laravel Blade templating and Bootstrap framework.
- Excellent skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX implementation.
