We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with extensive experience in React, TypeScript, and Next.js to develop fast, accessible, and scalable web applications. In this role, you will take full ownership of features from architecture and implementation to performance optimization and final polish. You will work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production-grade web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Design and build reusable, well-tested components and frontend systems.
- Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR) leveraging the Next.js App Router.
- Integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs while managing client and server state efficiently.
- Optimize applications for performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility (WCAG standards), and SEO best practices.
- Convert Figma and design specifications into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; actively participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and enhance frontend tooling.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Expert proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong command of TypeScript in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js, including App Router, routing, data fetching, and rendering strategies.
- Solid understanding of state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or TanStack Query/React Query.
- Experience with modern styling techniques like Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or CSS-in-JS.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Skilled in writing tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with monorepos using tools like Turborepo or Nx.
- Familiarity with Node.js and full-stack development concepts.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries such as Radix, shadcn/ui, or MUI.
- Experience with GraphQL clients like Apollo or urql.
- Exposure to cloud platforms including Vercel and AWS, as well as observability and monitoring tools.

This position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement based in Karachi, providing flexibility while maintaining collaboration with the team.
