Senior Frontend Engineer (Remote, Anywhere in Pakistan, USD Salary)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to enhance and develop new features for our flagship Console product.
- Take ownership of strategic technical and architectural decisions related to front-end development, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and propose improvements independently to drive product growth and increase team productivity.
- Analyze complex and ambiguous problems by breaking them down methodically and delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and Growth Marketing to support front-end development needs across various initiatives.
- Develop front-end experiences for product demos, open-source projects, marketing materials, and other related efforts.
- Contribute to technical RFCs, design documents, and other documentation to communicate technical decisions clearly and effectively.
- Help establish and uphold engineering practices and standards that promote scalability and sustainable product development.
- Take initiative in identifying technical and product challenges, collaborating with relevant teams to prioritize and resolve them.
- Foster a strong engineering culture that supports growth and innovation within the company.
- Ensure front-end solutions deliver a high-quality user experience for customers and end-users.

Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern front-end development frameworks and tools.
