We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Application Developer with expert proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and Node.js. The successful candidate will independently design, develop, debug, and deploy complex, production-ready applications. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance Android and iOS applications that adhere to stringent security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, debug, and deploy full-stack applications using Flutter, Dart, and Node.js.
- Build and maintain scalable Android and iOS applications with a focus on performance optimization.
- Implement and manage Flutter state management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Express.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Ensure robust system architecture, authentication mechanisms, and follow security best practices.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex coding issues without reliance on AI coding tools.
- Participate in live technical coding assessments to demonstrate coding proficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Express.js, and RESTful API development.
- Advanced experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB databases.
- Proven expertise in Flutter state management techniques such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, authentication, security, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying scalable Android and iOS applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and independent coding skills.
- Ability to write, debug, and optimize complex code without assistance from AI coding tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Willingness to undergo a mandatory live technical coding assessment conducted without AI assistance.

Compensation and Work Location:
- Monthly salary range: Rs125,000 to Rs150,000.
- This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated work location.
