We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Application Developer with expert-level proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently design, develop, debug, and deploy complex, production-ready applications. This role requires a hands-on developer who can manage the full application lifecycle and deliver scalable solutions for both Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Flutter, Dart, and Node.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Express.js.
- Manage state effectively in Flutter applications using BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider patterns.
- Develop and optimize database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Ensure application security, authentication, and performance optimization across platforms.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues independently, ensuring high-quality code and smooth deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Express.js, and RESTful API development.
- Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Proven expertise in Flutter state management techniques including BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, security best practices, authentication methods, and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying scalable mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to write, debug, and optimize complex code independently.

Important Requirements:
We are looking for genuine programming experts who do not rely on AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT, Cursor, or Copilot. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to write and debug complex code without AI support. A mandatory live technical coding assessment will be conducted to verify these skills, and it must be completed without any AI assistance.

- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs125,000 to Rs150,000.
