Senior Full Stack Developer

Incepteo, a leading company in the Information Technology & Services sector, is seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team in Hyderabad on a full-time, work-from-office basis. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong command of frontend and backend technologies, cloud platforms, and database management. This role involves designing and delivering scalable web applications enhanced with AI capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and owning the end-to-end delivery of complex features. The salary range for this position is ₹6,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, React Native, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Develop backend services with Node.js APIs and create scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Utilize AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to enhance development productivity while validating and securing generated code.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based deployments, and cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Participate in architecture discussions focusing on authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), scalability, performance, and microservices or monolithic design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Implement automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to maintain high code quality.
- Estimate development efforts, manage technical delivery timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in scalable software architecture and distributed systems.
- Proven experience mentoring developers and performing code reviews.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently estimate, prioritize, and deliver complex features.
- Must-have technical skills include React Native, React.js, and Node.js.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience with PostgreSQL is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools including Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows is highly valued.
