Senior Full Stack Developer

Mars Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with over seven years of professional software development experience to join our dynamic Digital Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing secure, reliable, and high-performance systems, with a focus on CRM platforms and business applications. This role requires a strong technical background across both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as leadership capabilities to guide development teams and collaborate effectively with management and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, reliable, and scalable systems that support evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain CRM platforms and various business applications.
- Lead and manage development teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Work proficiently across front-end and back-end technologies to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective technical solutions.
- Review code to maintain high development standards, ensuring system quality and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while continuously improving existing systems.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in full stack development, with proven front-end and back-end skills.
- Demonstrated experience in CRM development and building secure, scalable systems.
- Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Flask and Django.
- Hands-on experience with MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js) stacks.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of leading developers and managing projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
