We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and proven experience delivering production-quality applications. This role requires someone who can handle complex, high-impact projects independently, write clean and scalable code, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and actively contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications that meet business requirements. Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern frameworks. Develop secure and efficient backend APIs and services, ensuring robust performance. Design and optimize databases to support application scalability and reliability. Integrate third-party APIs and external services seamlessly into the system. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime. Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and share knowledge. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver quality products. Contribute to system architecture and technical planning to support long-term goals. Ensure application security, performance, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript is essential. Extensive experience with React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS for frontend development. Solid backend development skills using Node.js with Express.js or NestJS frameworks. Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL to build flexible and efficient data services. Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Proficient with Git version control and collaborative workflows. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex technical challenges. Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Experience
Candidates should have between 4 to 6 years of professional full stack development experience. A proven track record of working on multiple large-scale commercial projects from initial development through deployment is required. Experience managing the complete application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and maintenance. A strong portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing real-world projects is highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies to support iterative development and continuous improvement. Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Antigravity, or other AI-assisted coding platforms is expected.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring junior developers is an advantage. Knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns will be beneficial. Experience with AI integrations or automation solutions is a plus.
