CrecenTech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive hands-on experience in Laravel (PHP) and Angular. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining secure, scalable web applications while actively contributing to technical decisions. This role also involves mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Additionally, the candidate will leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, ensuring all AI-generated code is thoroughly reviewed and refined before integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel and Angular frameworks.
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and external systems to enhance application functionality.
- Develop responsive frontend interfaces and maintain robust backend services to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control where necessary.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability through continuous improvements.
- Write clean, well-documented code and actively participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions.
- Create and maintain unit, integration, and API tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to support coding, debugging, and documentation while independently validating their outputs.
- Collaborate with product management, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver and deploy solutions efficiently.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Laravel, PHP, and Angular with proven hands-on development expertise.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, responsive design principles, and component-based development.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git), containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Deep knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and application performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, strong technical judgment, and the ability to lead and mentor development teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with microservices or distributed system architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Background in developing SaaS or other product-based applications.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Prior experience in mentoring developers or contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
