Senior Full Stack Developer (Next.js • Node.js • AI Apps)

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bahadurabad, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications and AI-powered solutions. This role requires hands-on development using modern technologies and close collaboration with product and engineering teams. The position follows office hours from 12 PM to 9 PM and requires working on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Develop scalable backend systems and APIs to support application functionality.
- Integrate AI models, workflows, and automation pipelines into existing and new systems.
- Implement queue systems, optimize performance, and ensure scalability of applications.
- Deploy and manage applications on VPS or cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability and uptime.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience working with AI applications and designing backend architectures.
- Solid understanding of queue systems, distributed systems, and scaling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Linux environments and VPS/cloud deployments.
- Strong database skills with experience in PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or vector databases is a plus.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience managing high-traffic systems and ensuring their stability and performance.

Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is Rs 90,000 to Rs 120,000.

Work Location
This is an in-person role based in Bahadurabad, Karachi, with office hours from 12 PM to 9 PM.
