Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about owning end-to-end delivery, from designing backend APIs to building modern, responsive frontends. This role requires a proactive individual who understands the purpose behind their work and consistently delivers high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions on the Azure cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend.
- Work across the full stack to implement new features, resolve bugs, and enhance application performance.
- Collaborate closely with architects, QA engineers, project managers, and client-facing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code following industry best practices.
- Ensure solutions are secure, performant, scalable, and optimized for deployment on Microsoft Azure.
- Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to support development, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation processes.
- Critically review and validate AI-generated code before integrating it into production, ensuring security, quality, and maintainability.
- Engage in peer reviews, estimations, and sprint planning sessions as part of Agile development practices.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and proactively suggest improvements to technical approaches and processes.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery while balancing speed, quality, security, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of full-stack development experience in modern, structured environments.
- Strong expertise in .NET technologies, including C# and .NET Core/6/7.
- Proficient in Angular or React, with confidence in at least one frontend framework.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Storage, and Functions.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with relational databases like SQL Server.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps principles.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or ChatGPT.
- Ability to critically assess AI-generated code for security, performance, and maintainability before production use.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within Agile teams.
- Proven track record of owning features and solutions from development through deployment.
