Senior Full Stack Engineer -Remote

We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our expanding remote team. Our technology stack is constantly evolving, and we value engineers who view technology as an enabler rather than an obstacle. This role offers an opportunity to work on scalable web applications and microservices, leveraging AI-assisted development while maintaining full ownership of the code and its quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust web-based applications that meet business needs.
- Build scalable microservices to support growing product demands.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring high standards.
- Utilize AI tools to assist in coding while retaining accountability for the final output.
- Lead developer testing efforts, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Take full ownership of features and services from initial design through production support.
- Participate in incident response, driving issues to timely resolution.
- Proactively identify and flag risks, bugs, or technical debt before they escalate into incidents.

Required Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in at least several of the following technologies: Go, Laravel, Java, React, Typescript, Node.js.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and experience scaling distributed systems.
- Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, working with JSON and web services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
