Senior Functional Analyst

LN Technologies, a subsidiary of App Maisters Inc USA, is a leading Enterprise App Development company specializing in Mobility, Web, Business Intelligence, and Cloud-based solutions. With a portfolio of over 400 successful projects, we serve a diverse range of clients, from startups and small businesses to large multinational corporations. We are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our sales and business development team based in Houston, TX, USA. This role focuses on driving the end-to-end RFP process and supporting business growth through detailed analysis and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire RFP process by analyzing requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals. Work closely with sales, technical experts, and subject matter specialists to develop compelling proposal content that meets client needs.
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, define project scope, and translate these into functional specifications and user stories aligned with project goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing business processes, workflows, and systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and optimize resource use.
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Present findings clearly to support strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, project managers, developers, and executives. Facilitate communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation such as business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. Generate reports and deliver presentations to update management and stakeholders on project status and key metrics.
- Support quality assurance efforts by helping define test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Work with the testing team to confirm that solutions meet requirements and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on managing RFP processes. Experience in the software or technology industry is preferred.
- Deep understanding of RFP lifecycle including requirements analysis, proposal development, and vendor evaluation. Familiarity with RFP software tools is advantageous.
- Proven skills in business analysis including requirements gathering, process modeling, and creating functional specifications. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively, facilitate meetings, and present complex information clearly.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, proficient in Excel or similar tools; experience with data visualization software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across organizational levels, along with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in documentation and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
