We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to lead and deliver comprehensive ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will manage projects from initial requirement gathering through to post-go-live support, ensuring solutions align with business processes and industry best practices. This role requires strong functional expertise, excellent client engagement skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including requirement analysis, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Conduct fit-gap analyses to ensure the system meets business needs and optimize configurations accordingly. Deliver user training and provide ongoing support to facilitate smooth adoption of the ERP system. Maintain compliance with Microsoft Sure Step methodology and relevant industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by building strong relationships and understanding their business processes. Recommend process improvements leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities. Advocate for adherence to best practices and standards, ensuring clients recognize and value the expertise provided. Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective solution delivery.
Collaborate closely with functional teams, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Support and mentor junior consultants by sharing knowledge and best practices. Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards, guidelines, and project requirements within functional teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Information Technology. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, specifically in Finance or Supply Chain modules, is essential. Professional qualifications such as ACCA are preferred and considered an advantage.
Experience
A minimum of 3 to 4 years of ERP consulting experience, including at least two full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing modules is required. Proven ability to independently manage ERP implementation projects with moderate to minimal supervision.
Key Skills & Competencies
Functional & ERP Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement. Experience working with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Warehouse Management is critical. Exposure to HR, Payroll, Landed Cost Management, or Project Management Accounting (PMA) is considered a plus.
Soft Skills & Leadership: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are essential. Demonstrated capability to mentor junior consultants and contribute positively to team success. A customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering high client satisfaction.
