Senior Graphic Designer

Soft Pvt Ltd, representing its parent company Uneek, Europe’s largest manufacturer and distributor of workwear clothing, is seeking an experienced graphic designer to join their dynamic marketing team. Uneek supplies garment decorators and resellers across the UK and EU, and the role involves creating both print and digital artwork that aligns with a well-defined brand identity. The position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, producing high-quality designs for a variety of marketing materials including brochures, point of sale displays, social media content, and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Design a wide range of print and digital assets such as brochures, flyers, point of sale materials, social media posts, email templates, and web banners.
- Develop and maintain layouts, templates, and shared component libraries using Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Prepare print-ready artwork according to specifications and coordinate with external printers to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Ensure all design work adheres strictly to brand guidelines and maintains the appropriate tone of voice.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while collaborating closely with the wider marketing team.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced, hands-on expertise in Figma, including designing, prototyping, and working with shared component libraries.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, either in-house or within an agency setting.
- Excellent eye for layout, typography, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Ability to interpret briefs and deliver polished, final artwork with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Knowledge of print production processes, including bleed, color profiles, PUR, and lithography.
- Familiarity and comfort with AI design tools, as the brand prioritizes AI-first workflows.
- Skills in motion graphics or short-form video production are an advantage.
