Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer with a strong creative background and professional experience to lead the visual design efforts across digital platforms, marketing initiatives, and branding projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and project goals, while collaborating closely with content, marketing, and creative teams. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver exceptional results from concept through to final execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, marketing materials, and branding initiatives.
- Create visually compelling concepts that adhere to brand guidelines and meet project requirements.
- Manage design projects independently from initial concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with content creators, marketing teams, and other creative professionals to ensure cohesive visual communication.
- Review and maintain design consistency and quality across all outputs.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques to continually enhance work quality.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Demonstrated creative thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, social media, and marketing materials.
- Ability to take full ownership of projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work well within a team environment.
- Submission of a resume accompanied by a portfolio is mandatory for consideration.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- At least 2 years of experience specifically as a Senior Graphic Designer is preferred.
- Work hours are from 12 PM to 9 PM.
- Monthly salary range: Rs 80,000 to Rs 120,000.
- This is an in-person role based in Karachi, Gulshan-E-Iqbal. Candidates must reliably commute or be willing to relocate prior to starting work.
