Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team onsite, working from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 150,000 to 180,000. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, creative, and performance-driven visuals for a variety of clients. You will design ad creatives, social media content, carousels, and static visuals, while also overseeing the work of junior designers to ensure consistent excellence across all design outputs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create compelling graphics for client campaigns, including ad creatives, carousels, statics, and social media posts.
- Adhere to brand guidelines, mood boards, and creative direction to maintain consistency.
- Develop multiple design variations to target different advertising angles and capture audience attention.
- Lead quality control by reviewing and guiding the Junior Graphic Designer’s work.
- Maintain high visual standards and ensure all designs align with each brand’s identity.
- Identify underperforming creatives and implement improvements.
- Research current design trends and gather strong creative references.
- Propose new visual directions and innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Refine designs based on client feedback and advertising performance data.
- Stay updated on modern advertising techniques and social media design trends.

Required Qualifications

- A strong graphic design portfolio is essential.
- Submission of a Behance portfolio is mandatory for consideration.
- Deep understanding of visual hooks and advertising creatives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Proven experience in guiding and reviewing the work of junior designers.
- Ability to execute tasks quickly and reliably under deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
