Senior Graphic Designer

Faisal Town Group is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 4 to 5 years of professional experience to join their Group Head Office in Rawalpindi. This role demands a creative professional who combines strong hands-on design skills with conceptual thinking and leadership abilities. The successful candidate will independently develop creative concepts, prepare moodboards and presentations, create key visuals, and oversee a small team of designers. Additionally, they should be ready to step into the Creative Lead role when necessary, providing confident creative direction and ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns, project launches, brand communications, social media, and corporate initiatives.
- Build moodboards, visual references, style frames, and creative territories to support campaign development.
- Prepare concept reports, creative decks, and visual direction presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create campaign key visuals and maintain consistency across digital, print, outdoor, and social media platforms.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 2 to 3 graphic designers, providing clear creative feedback and guidance.
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts and executions that meet strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead on campaign ideas, brand direction, and major creative projects.
- Assume the Creative Lead responsibilities when required, including concept development, task delegation, creative reviews, and team coordination.
- Conduct visual, market, and competitor research to inform and enhance concept development.
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to Faisal Town Group’s brand identity and visual standards.
- Work collaboratively with content, social media, digital, marketing, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage multiple creative assignments simultaneously, maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
- Guarantee that final artwork is technically accurate and production-ready for print, digital publishing, or other media.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proven ability to develop strong concepts and visual thinking, including moodboard creation and key visual development.
- Experience in creative direction, art direction, and storytelling through design.
- Proficiency in typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Skilled in designing for social media campaigns, outdoor advertising, and print media.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior designers and providing constructive creative feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience managing the entire creative process from research and ideation to final execution.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Previous experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, real estate company, corporate marketing department, or with a major brand is highly preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, social media, key visuals, and integrated design work is essential.
- The ideal candidate is more than an execution-focused designer; they should be capable of conceptual thinking, creative leadership, and ownership of major projects.
- Confidence to report to the Creative Lead while also stepping up to lead the creative function when necessary is important.
