Senior Graphic Designer

Bluell AB is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with extensive experience in graphic design, branding, e-commerce creatives, poster design, mockups, video editing, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics and the ability to produce high-quality visuals across various digital and print platforms. This role requires hands-on expertise in creating compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design professional posters, prints, mockups, website banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and e-commerce creatives.
- Edit, retouch, manipulate, resize, and optimize images for web, print, and digital use.
- Develop digital layouts and website visuals using Figma, ensuring consistency and visual appeal.

Required Qualifications
- A relevant degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of on-site graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Figma for digital design projects.
- Solid understanding of mockups, retouching, image manipulation, typography, color theory, layout, branding, lighting, and perspective.
- Proven experience designing for e-commerce platforms, websites, social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with art posters, wall art, interior mockups, and Shopify/e-commerce design is highly desirable.
- Skills in video editing and motion graphics will be considered a strong advantage.

Compensation
The monthly salary range for this role is Rs40,000 to Rs90,000, commensurate with experience and skills.

Work Location
This is an in-person role based at Bluell AB’s office.
