Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support Recruit AI’s overall business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for both local and international positions.
- Lead and mentor a team of five HR professionals to deliver efficient HR services across multiple functions.
- Address employee relations matters by handling grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts fairly and promptly.
- Design and maintain performance management systems that enable objective appraisals, employee recognition, and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local and international labor laws, regularly updating HR policies to reflect legislative changes.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Oversee training and development initiatives using learning management systems and develop e-learning content tailored to skill enhancement.
- Drive organizational development efforts to improve workplace culture, internal communications, and overall employee satisfaction.
- Utilize HR information systems to maintain accurate employee records, manage workflows, and generate reports for leadership decision-making.
- Implement balanced scorecards and key performance indicators to measure and improve HR operations’ effectiveness.
- Communicate HR policies and updates clearly across all organizational levels to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to promote diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning within the workplace.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including training providers and consultants, to optimize HR service delivery and program quality.
