Senior HubSpot Marketing Specialist

Software Finder is looking for a seasoned Senior HubSpot Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our lead generation efforts. This role focuses on driving high-intent buyers through the sales funnel by building and refining HubSpot campaigns and automated workflows. The specialist will also be responsible for executing daily lead generation activities and ensuring CRM data integrity to maintain a reliable pipeline. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot, a solid understanding of inbound marketing and lead scoring, and the ability to manage daily operations with meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, monitor, and optimize HubSpot marketing campaigns and automated workflows to effectively nurture buyer intent throughout the funnel.
- Track and analyze high-intent buyer behavior, converting these insights into qualified, sales-ready leads.
- Execute daily lead generation tactics to maintain a consistent and well-managed flow of leads into the pipeline.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene by managing contact records, segmentation, and lifecycle stages to ensure accurate downstream reporting and seamless handoff to sales.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead handoff criteria and campaign objectives.
- Continuously monitor campaign and lead generation performance, identifying and resolving data quality or workflow issues promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub setup, automation, and lead management.
- Strong background in inbound marketing, lead scoring, and lead generation strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail in managing daily marketing operations.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to align lead handoff processes and campaign goals.

Preferred Qualifications

- HubSpot certification(s), such as HubSpot Marketing Software or Inbound certification, is highly desirable.
