Senior HubSpot Marketing Specialist

Software Finder is looking for a seasoned Senior HubSpot Marketing Specialist to lead our daily lead generation efforts and guide high-intent buyers through the sales funnel. This role involves building and optimizing HubSpot campaigns and automated workflows, executing daily lead generation strategies, and ensuring CRM data integrity to maintain a reliable and efficient funnel. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot, a solid understanding of inbound marketing and lead scoring, and the ability to manage daily operations with meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and optimize HubSpot marketing campaigns and automated workflows to nurture buyer intent throughout the funnel.
- Track and analyze high-intent buyer behavior, converting it into qualified, sales-ready leads.
- Execute daily lead generation tactics to maintain a steady and well-managed flow of leads into the sales pipeline.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene by managing contact records, segmentation, and lifecycle stages to ensure accurate downstream reporting and seamless lead handoff.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead handoff criteria and shared campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign and lead generation performance, promptly identifying and resolving data quality or workflow issues.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub setup, automation, and lead management.
- Strong background in inbound marketing, lead scoring, and lead generation strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail for managing daily marketing operations effectively.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead handoff and campaign goals.
- HubSpot certification(s) such as HubSpot Marketing Software or Inbound certification is preferred.
