Senior Interior Designer + Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage our Lahore design studio located in Gulberg III. This full-time, office-based role involves overseeing a team of 5 to 8 Junior Interior Designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design projects while maintaining smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, excellent technical skills, and the confidence to engage professionally with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the junior design team to foster growth and maintain high performance.
- Review design concepts, 3D presentations, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and creativity.
- Assign projects effectively and monitor progress to meet deadlines consistently.
- Conduct client meetings and present design ideas with professionalism and clarity.
- Coordinate closely with sales and production teams based in the UAE to align project goals.
- Uphold design quality standards, maintain accuracy in deliverables, and enforce office discipline.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Lahore design studio, ensuring an organized and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in interior design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, and other relevant interior design software.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide junior designers.
- Confident and presentable, comfortable conducting client meetings via video conferencing.
- In-depth knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, joinery, and technical drawing standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive with the capability to independently lead a professional design team.

Candidates with a solid portfolio and relevant experience will be prioritized for shortlisting. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 120,000 to PKR 150,000. This role requires the candidate to work on-site at the Lahore office.
