Senior IT Manager – Odoo & ERP

We are looking for a seasoned Senior IT Manager with strong expertise in Odoo ERP to lead and enhance our company’s IT operations. This full-time role reports directly to the CEO/COO and involves managing the entire IT infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, ERP administration, user support, and driving process automation. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of our Odoo ERP environment while aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, and user support services.
- Manage Odoo ERP configuration, workflows, user access, permissions, modules, and overall system performance.
- Coordinate ERP customization, system integrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and liaise with vendors and developers for support.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to maximize the effective use of ERP across various departments.
- Ensure robust data security practices, including backups, access controls, cybersecurity protocols, and IT asset management.
- Provide ongoing Odoo user support, conduct training sessions, and resolve technical and ERP-related issues promptly.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, oversee software licenses, procurement activities, budgets, and technology projects.
- Lead and supervise the IT team to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed IT and ERP reports and recommend technology solutions to senior management.
- Maintain compliance with IT policies, internal controls, and security standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant IT experience, including proven managerial responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is essential.
- Familiarity with Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Payroll, CRM, and Manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP implementation, troubleshooting, vendor management, and team leadership.
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 220,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work on-site.
