Senior Java Developer (Java + React)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with over 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing high-performance applications using React.js and Java/Spring Boot. This role involves designing scalable systems with a focus on distributed architecture and performance. You will be responsible for owning features end-to-end, from development and testing to deployment and production support, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance architecture and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-performance applications using React.js and Java/Spring Boot.
- Design scalable systems emphasizing performance and distributed architecture.
- Take full ownership of features, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system architecture and maintain high code quality.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including frontend architecture, reusable component development, and performance optimization.
- Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and backend service development.
- Deep understanding of system design principles, scalability, distributed systems, concurrency, caching, and system reliability.
- Experience with database integration, software architecture, design patterns, automated testing, debugging, and production support.
- Familiarity with real-time application development technologies such as WebSockets and WebRTC.
- Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and proven experience in end-to-end feature ownership.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
