Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer with expertise in React.js and system design, complemented by strong backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance products and managing features throughout their entire lifecycle, from design to production. This role requires a hands-on approach to both frontend and backend development, with a focus on creating reusable UI components and robust backend services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable applications with an emphasis on React.js, frontend architecture, and system design principles.
- Build reusable, responsive, and high-performance UI components that enhance user experience.
- Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and implement business logic using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Take full ownership of features, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
- Create real-time voice and chat functionalities leveraging WebSockets and WebRTC technologies where applicable.
- Deploy applications using containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Monitor application performance using Grafana and other observability tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design, Engineering, and QA to ensure architectural integrity, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous product improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience working as a Full-Stack Engineer, Product Engineer, or Software Engineer with a strong focus on both frontend and backend development.
- Hands-on expertise in React.js, including frontend architecture and performance optimization techniques.
- Deep understanding of system design concepts, scalability challenges, distributed systems, API design, concurrency, caching strategies, and reliability engineering.
- Solid experience with Java programming, Spring Boot framework, REST API development, and database integration.
- Familiarity with software architecture best practices, design patterns, automated testing, debugging, and providing production support.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets or WebRTC technologies.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment environments.
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools like Grafana to ensure system health and performance in production.
