Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer with expertise in React.js and system design, complemented by strong backend development experience in Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance products and managing features throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception to production. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to both frontend and backend development while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable applications with a strong emphasis on React.js, frontend architecture, and overall system design.
- Develop reusable, responsive, and high-performance UI components to enhance user experience.
- Build backend services, RESTful APIs, and implement business logic using Java and Spring Boot.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
- Create real-time voice and chat functionalities using WebSockets and WebRTC where applicable.
- Deploy applications using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and monitor system performance with Grafana and other observability tools.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA teams to review architecture, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous product improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Full-Stack, Product, or Software Engineer with a strong technical background.
- Hands-on expertise in React.js, including frontend architecture and performance optimization techniques.
- Deep understanding of system design principles, scalability challenges, distributed systems, APIs, concurrency, caching, and reliability.
- Solid experience in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and database integration.
- Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, automated testing, debugging, and providing production support.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on real-time applications involving WebSockets or WebRTC technologies.
- Knowledge of container orchestration and deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to monitoring and observability platforms like Grafana to ensure system health and performance.
