As a Senior Lead - HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving HR initiatives that align closely with the company’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to understand business needs and develop customized HR solutions that enhance performance and meet organizational goals.
- Leverage advanced data management and analytics to generate detailed reports on HR metrics, workforce planning, and employee engagement, providing actionable insights to influence strategy.
- Oversee the execution of HR programs and processes to ensure efficient delivery of services aligned with organizational priorities.
- Act as a trusted advocate for both employees and leadership, promoting transparency and accountability within the workplace.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in HR, particularly in business partnership or HRBP roles.
- Proven expertise in advanced data management, analytics, and strategic HR reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
