Senior Limousine Dispatcher

SOFTLOGIX Technologies is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Limousine Dispatcher to join its transportation operations team in Lahore. This full-time, in-person role operates during the night shift aligned with the U.S. time zone, supporting limousine and black car services primarily for clients in New York and across the United States. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in limousine, chauffeur, or fleet dispatching, with a strong understanding of U.S.-based transportation operations. Responsibilities include coordinating drivers, managing airport transportation, monitoring trips in real time, handling flight changes, communicating with clients and partners, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Senior Dispatcher will also mentor junior dispatchers and ensure high service standards are maintained throughout daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for scheduled, hourly, airport, corporate, VIP, and on-demand trips.
- Monitor active trips, driver locations, estimated arrival times, routes, and pickup statuses in real time.
- Manage airport pickups by tracking flight arrivals, delays, cancellations, and schedule changes.
- Organize transportation for corporate executives, VIP clients, events, weddings, and other special bookings.
- Verify all trip details including pickup/drop-off locations, passenger information, vehicle requirements, flight data, and special instructions.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with chauffeurs, clients, vendors, and transportation partners.
- Handle last-minute changes, driver issues, delays, cancellations, no-shows, and other operational challenges.
- Reassign trips and coordinate replacement vehicles when necessary.
- Monitor driver performance, trip progress, and service compliance.
- Keep accurate records of trip information, dispatch notes, driver assignments, and operational documentation.
- Utilize limousine dispatch and transportation management software to manage daily operations.
- Assist with trip logs, billing, chauffeur payments, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate shift handovers with other dispatchers to ensure seamless operations.
- Train, guide, and support junior dispatchers.
- Escalate serious customer service, driver, safety, or operational issues to management.
- Ensure every trip adheres to company service standards and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 5+ years of experience in limousine, black car, chauffeur, transportation, fleet, or related dispatch operations.
- Proven experience managing U.S.-based transportation operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. cities, airports, states, time zones, and major transportation markets.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple trips simultaneously.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Comfortable working independently during U.S. night hours.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with online transportation systems.
- Experience with dispatch or transportation management software.
- Previous supervisory or training experience with junior dispatchers is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
