Key Responsibilities
Manage the operations and facilities of data centers, including power, cooling, and allied services, ensuring uptime in compliance with TIA 942 standards. Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors and customers, as well as Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), to maintain smooth service delivery. Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and governance baselines. Develop and implement cost optimization strategies to improve resource utilization and maintain cost-to-performance efficiency. Guarantee high availability and reliability of data center infrastructure through proactive monitoring, redundancy planning, incident management, and disaster recovery testing. Lead and develop the infrastructure team by setting clear performance objectives, tracking project progress, and encouraging continuous learning and professional growth. Manage vendor relationships by monitoring SLA compliance, evaluating performance, and resolving operational issues promptly. Drive innovation by identifying process improvements, evaluating emerging technologies, and adopting industry best practices to enhance infrastructure efficiency. Maintain security and compliance by enforcing access controls, mitigating risks, and conducting regular audits aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering or Master’s degree (MS) in Computer Science. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in data center operations or infrastructure management. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective team leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Data Centre Specialist (CDCS), or Certified Telecommunications Data Centre Specialist (CTDC) are advantageous.
