Senior Manager Electronics Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineering professional with a strong background in maintenance and team management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including over three years in a managerial capacity. This role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair of electronic equipment and amusement attractions, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Candidates with experience in Family Entertainment Centers, Amusement Parks, Arcades, Bowling Alleys, or similar industries are highly preferred. However, those from stable manufacturing environments with solid electronics maintenance expertise will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of electronic equipment, arcade games, amusement attractions, and facility systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Work proactively to minimize equipment downtime while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manage technical troubleshooting processes, coordinate with vendors, maintain spare parts inventory, and control maintenance budgets effectively.
- Lead technical operations during the opening of new locations and collaborate closely with regional teams to coordinate maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics Engineering.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in electronics maintenance and management.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and experience in maintenance planning.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
