Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize financial workflows to support global payment processes and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance multi-currency and workforce management solutions.
- Provide insights and support for working capital and business intelligence initiatives.
- Ensure smooth operation of payment systems and troubleshoot issues to maintain service quality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and innovation.
- Support internal teams and external partners by delivering timely and accurate financial data and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial services, payments, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of global payment systems, compliance standards, and multi-currency operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting tools.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
