Senior Manager PPC

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager (PPC) to lead the planning and control of production activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient production schedules, optimizing resources, ensuring material availability, and minimizing lead times. This role requires close monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), resolving production bottlenecks, and aligning production output with order deadlines. Collaboration across departments such as merchandising, sales, logistics, and quality assurance is essential to maintain smooth operations and meet international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage production schedules by optimizing capacity, resources, labor, and lead times to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely availability of materials and machinery.
- Forecast production load, allocate resources effectively, and ensure delivery deadlines are consistently met.
- Identify production bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and implement waste reduction strategies.
- Monitor KPIs related to delivery performance, operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
- Oversee the execution of bulk orders, ensuring compliance with international quality requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to address production defects and deviations, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Serve as a liaison between production, merchandising, sales, logistics, and management to synchronize schedules with order commitments.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP), update order status regularly, and report progress and potential risks to senior management.
- Lead and supervise the PPC team, conducting regular production review meetings to maintain alignment and performance.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support business needs and continuous operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple departments.
- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
