The Senior Manager Procurement is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all procurement activities to ensure they are conducted with fairness, transparency, and efficiency. This position focuses on delivering value for money throughout the procurement lifecycle while supporting overall project objectives. The Senior Manager leads procurement operations from initiation to completion, managing documentation, contract administration, and delivery tracking. Compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and legal regulations is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, the Senior Manager works closely with auditors and Partner Organizations to facilitate smooth audits and reviews, while also providing essential administrative support to the Project Management Unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the entire procurement process, ensuring transparency and fairness at every stage.
- Ensure procurement activities deliver value for money and are aligned with the project’s goals and timelines.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and maintenance of procurement documentation and records.
- Track contracts and delivery schedules to guarantee timely and accurate fulfillment of procurement commitments.
- Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and applicable legal regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with auditors and Partner Organizations to support procurement audits and reviews.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management Unit, including procurement-related reporting and communication.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency and adopt best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement management, ideally at a senior level, demonstrating leadership and operational oversight.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, processes, and compliance standards relevant to donor-funded projects.
- Experience managing procurement documentation, contracts, and delivery tracking systems.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including auditors and partner organizations.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage complex procurement activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated commitment to ensuring transparency, fairness, and value for money in all procurement activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
