Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technology leadership and design consultancy for ICT infrastructure products and solutions, including servers, compute, storage, virtualization platforms, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), server operating systems, enterprise backup, disaster recovery solutions, and data center technologies. Support business growth by aligning strategically with vendors and partners, offering product development consultancy, and empowering sales teams with technical knowledge and go-to-market strategies. Be proficient with OEM server build configurators, various server operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux distributions, advanced virtualization concepts including VDI and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as SAN/NAS storage architectures and HCIs. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services (IaaS/PaaS) from providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
Design and architect IT compute infrastructure solutions tailored to customer requirements. Support Sales and Technical Sales teams in solution positioning, customer presentations, demonstrations, and technical qualification to maximize success in RFPs and RFQs. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, OEMs, partners, and internal teams to drive ICT business growth, ensuring technical and commercial alignment and developing competitive solutions. Lead solution design and consultancy for complex, multidomain ICT projects, managing technical scope, resources, success criteria, and stakeholder alignment to ensure effective service delivery. Enable Enterprise, Carrier, and SME Sales teams, including Sales Managers and Key Account Managers, through technical training on solution architectures, product features, unique selling points, industry best practices, and customer engagement strategies. Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Sales, Presales, and delivery teams to develop competitive solutions, strengthen go-to-market strategies, ensure smooth project execution, and enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Telecom, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field is required. An MBA or MS in Project Management or Engineering Management is preferred. Expert-level certifications relevant to the domain are highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of professional experience demonstrating strong competencies in service consultancy, partner cooperation and collaboration, technology leadership, architecture and design, and system engineering.
