Senior Manager Systems

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to lead the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and Building Management Systems (BMS) function across Dolmen properties. This role encompasses the entire system lifecycle, from design and implementation to commissioning, operations, and maintenance. The successful candidate will ensure system reliability, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and optimal asset performance, playing a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the technological infrastructure of our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the engineering, operations, maintenance, and project execution of ELV and BMS systems.
- Manage a broad range of systems including BMS, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PA/Voice Evacuation, Structured Cabling, Data Networks, Parking Guidance, Central Battery, and Energy Management Systems.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs (PPM), ensure high system uptime, reduce breakdowns, and drive energy optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), system integrators, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure technical compliance with industry standards, identify opportunities for system improvements, and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.
- Handle budgeting responsibilities including cost estimates, contract management, invoice processing, and variation orders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and technical teams to enhance performance and professional growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in ELV and BMS engineering, operations, maintenance, and project execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex commercial building systems.
- Strong skills in vendor and OEM management, project delivery, and financial oversight.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and engaging multiple stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in large-scale commercial, mixed-use, retail, or real estate environments is highly desirable.
- A track record of driving technical compliance and implementing system improvements in a commercial property setting.

Work Location

This position requires in-person presence at the designated work site.
