Senior Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned and commercially driven Senior Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation to join a leading international consulting and advisory firm. This role offers the opportunity to work with major financial institutions in Pakistan and across the region, focusing on solving complex business challenges and driving meaningful transformation within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and consulting leader who thrives on collaborating with C-suite executives and leading high-impact projects that shape the future of banking, fintech, and digital finance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex strategy and transformation consulting projects, including business growth initiatives, digital transformation, operating model redesign, and performance improvement. Develop strategic recommendations and actionable implementation roadmaps tailored to financial services clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to the firm’s commercial growth. Lead, coach, and mentor consulting teams to achieve high-quality results. Provide deep strategic insights into Pakistan’s banking, fintech, lending, digital finance, and broader financial services landscape, supporting clients in navigating regulatory and market dynamics.

Required Qualifications
Proven background in management consulting, strategy consulting, or business transformation, with previous experience at a recognized consulting or advisory firm. Solid expertise in the financial services sector, particularly within banking, fintech, lending, digital banking, or financial services transformation. Strong understanding of Pakistan’s financial services market, including regulatory frameworks and industry trends. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic consulting engagements and manage relationships with C-suite stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and business development skills. Proficient in English communication; knowledge of Urdu is an advantage. Eligible to work in Pakistan and willing to travel as required.
